Summary
ParcelJump helps you open package tracking numbers in official carrier pages from Safari, the Share Sheet, or the app. The app does not collect tracking numbers, webpage content, browsing history, analytics, identifiers, location, contacts, or personal data. No account is required.
Data the app collects
The app does not collect personal data. Tracking number detection runs locally on your device. ParcelJump does not upload selected webpage text, manually pasted tracking numbers, carrier choices, or generated links to a ParcelJump server.
Local settings
ParcelJump stores only local settings on your device, such as whether to open tracking pages in a new Safari tab and whether to show carrier choices. These settings are used only to run the app experience you choose.
Carrier websites
When you choose to open a carrier page, Safari opens the official carrier website with the tracking number in the URL. That carrier website receives the request and is responsible for its own privacy practices. ParcelJump is not affiliated with UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or any carrier.
Third parties
ParcelJump does not include third-party analytics SDKs or advertising SDKs. The public website is intended to be hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard request information to deliver and secure the site. If you download ParcelJump from the App Store, Apple processes App Store activity under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.
Support requests
If you email support, your email address and message content are used only to respond to your request. Do not include tracking numbers or sensitive order information in support messages unless needed to explain the issue.
Retention and deletion
Because ParcelJump does not collect tracking number history or account data, there is no server-side tracking history to delete. Local settings remain on your device until you change settings, delete the app, or reset app data. Support emails may be retained as needed to handle the request and may be deleted on request where legally permitted.
